Rentals of the whole Residence for one week or longer include the following without additional cost:

• The resident mangager, Juan Cecilio, will help you park near the property. Arrangements can be made to collect luggage from the village car park if your vehicle is larger than a 9-seater.
• A basket of starters for your kitchen - local fruit and veg, eggs, bread, olive oil, coffee, etc. Or, if you prefer, breakfast for your party in the cafe bar before shopping.
• Resident caretaking couple: daily pool maintenance, rooms tidied daily.
• Linen and towels changed every 3 days.
• Your first pre-dinner vino y tapa in the cafe bar each evening.
• A non-touristic, gossipy tour of the village at the beginning of your stay, for general orientation and to point out places and people of interest, including bars and restaurants.
• You are invited to a demonstration of how the locals prepare a paella, followed by lunch served in your garden, including a regional wine. You choose the day.
• Air conditioning in the sleeping rooms.
• Free Wifi in all rooms.

Optional extras

• A light supper for late arrivals, at whatever hour, with advance notice.
• A Spanish-style buffet breakfast or brunch served daily for the resident party in the garden or the cafe bar, 7€ per person, vegetarians and vegans are understood, just give us advance notice of special diets.
• Simple or sumptuous Spanish meals on request. Tell Juan Cecilio what you want to spend and he will arrange it.
• Additional cleaners, baby sitters, dog walkers.
• A canine companion is welcome when you rent the residence. Please till us about him/her when you make your reservation and a suitable charge can be agreed.

Room rates

Individual rooms may be booked between rentals of the whole residence. Rates are for the room, and range from 60€ to 128€, depending on the size of the room.

Consult us for special offers. Reductions are available for longish stays and stays mid-week.

Individual room rates include the following without extra charge:

• Assistance in parking near the property, sometimes difficult, especially in summer. Tell us your ETA and phone Juan Cecilio when you reach the village.
• A welcoming vinito y tapa when you arrive.
• Breakfast each morning in the cafe bar.
• Rooms tidied daily.
• Linen, towels changed every 3 days.
• Free Wifi in all rooms.
• Air conditioning in the bedrooms
• All taxes.

Optional extras:

• A dog is welcome when there is no conflict with other bookings. Please consult us when reserving. A suitable charge or deposit may be agreed.
